Phoebe Vestralen
When Phoebe first joined Lathallan she was in a new country, a new school, experiencing new weather ad everyone sounded funny. However, in typical Lathallan fashion, she was welcomed with open arms, and after twelve years she was elected as School Consul for the 2018/19 academic year.
“The most important lesson I learnt from Lathallan is the more you give, the more you get out. I would encourage anyone joining the school to embrace the wonderful community you are part of. Take every opportunity offered, work hard, look out for one another and know that the lessons taught at Lathallan are not just for school but for life”.
Studying Physics with Astrophysics at the University of Glasgow.
“I am excited to say I graduated from my undergraduate BSc (Hons) degree in June 2023.
Following this, I have just accepted an unconditional offer to continue my studies at the University of Glasgow in the engineering department where I will work towards a MSc in Sustainable Energy. I hope to enter the renewable sector after I graduate.
I have of course continued playing netball throughout University and involved myself in numerous sports clubs and societies, including the Glasgow University Sports Association where I was elected to sit on council and oversee the finances and funding for each of the 54 sports clubs in the 2022 academic year”.

The Old Lathallian Association Is open to all former pupils of Lathallan, to members of staff, past and present, and to parents. Old Lathallians can expect a regular newsletter (generally four times a year) as well as invitations to reunions and events.
